Contract Administration & Project Management

Within the construction industry, the CA (Contract Administrator) is the individual responsible for administering the construction standard contracts. This can be the project architect, lead consultant, project manager or other client representative.

We provide CA services to our commercial clients on projects varying from small to medium sized construction developments to internal and external refurbishment works. Production and issue of full tender documents, as well as appraisal of contractor returns, are some of the tasks we undertake in addition to ensuring that every contract is administered honestly and fairly.

Once the contract is awarded to the nominated contractor, EK Planning can undertake CA and PM duties from pre-start and progress meetings, issuing variations, right through to finally achieving practical completion.
