Once approval has been granted by the Local Authority, we will then finalise the Building Regulations dwgs and specification ready for submission of the full plans to building control for Plan Checking & Appraisal. This includes coordinating the structural design with our own architectural details, plus other specific information which may be required to ensure compliancy with the building regulations.
Who are building control? Also, do we have to use the council or can we use a private company?
